Every hour on repetition is an hour the business never gets back. So we hire the repetition out: one more worker, on your own machine.

Weekend intake is filed. Eleven follow-ups are drafted and waiting on your approval. The prospect list for the Tuesday push is ready for review, and two invoices passed thirty days; reminders drafted, not sent.
Add a Hand installs an AI employee inside small firms: one machine in your office, running Hermes, with its own mailbox at your domain. We set it up, train it on how your business actually runs, and stay to tune it. It exists for the jobs that eat a team's week: the inbox nobody clears, the intake nobody files, the follow-ups written late or not at all. It does that volume. Your people approve it.
One role, done completely. It reads the inbox, drafts every reply for your approval, files what came in, and chases what never came back.

Deeper in your tools. It builds the reports before you ask, keeps the records reconciled, and hands your team a clean Monday.

Multiple roles running in parallel. The proof exists on film: CorpusIQ runs three humans and three AI employees, and one of them drafts 50 to 60 personalized emails a night.

Nothing leaves the building without a human saying so. The employee drafts, files, reconciles, lists and reminds. Signing, sending, pricing and promising stay with you. That is not a limitation. It is the design.
Every business that runs an Add a Hand employee today is on this page. Both are small companies, like yours. Ask about either and we will put you in touch.
Three humans and three AI employees run the company, filmed from the inside. One of them drafts 50 to 60 personalized emails a night.
A small firm where the team is mostly in the field. The employee holds the office: intake filed, follow-ups drafted, records kept straight.
The machine is yours, in your office. The mailbox is at your domain. The memory is files on your own disk. When heavy reasoning is needed, it calls a US-hosted model under a no-training agreement, and we put in writing which model may see which data. Nothing trains on your business.
No. It takes the work nobody has time for. Your people keep the judgment calls, the client relationships and the reading of the room. Replace is not in our vocabulary, and that is written into how the employee is configured.
No. We install it, configure it and train it on your business. You talk to it like a colleague and approve its work like an employee's. If you can review a draft, you can run it.
Most of this page is written for the person who signs. This part is for whoever they forward it to. No architecture diagram, no acronyms, just what is installed and where it runs.
A Mac Mini, bought for your business, sitting in your office on your network. It is yours. If our relationship ends tomorrow, the hardware and everything on it stays where it is. Larger installs move to an NVIDIA DGX Spark, which runs bigger models locally.
Hermes, an open source agent runtime published under the MIT licence. You can read the source. It is not our proprietary black box, and that is deliberate: nobody should have to trust a company's word about what is running inside their own building.
A local model does the volume work on the machine itself. When a task needs deeper reasoning than the local model has, it calls a hosted model under a no-training agreement. Which model may see which category of data is decided with you before install and written into the agreement. Models change fast, so this part is designed to be swapped, not married.
Files on the machine's own disk. Notes, transcripts, decisions, corrections. It remembers what it was told in March. You can open the folder and read it. Nothing about your business is kept in a database we control.
Its own address at your domain, so it appears in your team's directory like anyone else and its work leaves a normal audit trail in your mail system.
It reads your systems through CorpusIQ, a connector layer covering more than forty business tools including QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Stripe and Outlook. Access is read only by default and granted per tool through standard OAuth, so you approve exactly what it can see and you can revoke any of it from your own admin panel without calling us. CorpusIQ holds Google CASA Tier 2 verification and is built to SOC 2 practice.
A skill is one job written down properly: how your intake gets filed, how a follow-up is worded, how your reconciliation actually works. An Intern ships with five. A Senior runs several dozen. New ones get added every month as we watch what you keep correcting.
Nothing leaves the building without a person saying so. It drafts, files, reconciles, lists and reminds. Sending, signing, pricing and promising stay with a human. That gate is configured at install and it is not a setting anyone toggles off in a hurry.
Which model may see which data. What the employee may read and what it may not. Who owns the machine and the memory, which is you. What happens to all of it if you stop working with us, which is that it stays exactly where it is.
It is not a SaaS login. There is no dashboard for you to learn. It sends you messages and leaves you drafts.
It is not a chatbot on your website. It works inside your business, not in front of your customers.
It is not a chain of automations. Automations break when the input changes shape. This reads the thing and decides.
It is not per seat. You buy the employee once and keep it, the same way you would a hire.
Good morning. Weekend intake is filed. Eleven follow-ups are drafted and waiting for your approval. Two invoices passed thirty days; the reminders are drafted, not sent. Your first meeting reads cold. The summary is on top.
